Conference Overview
This March we are holding a prayer workshop that is designed to give Biblical encouragement and practical help, especially for those who know the importance of prayer but are prone to being discouraged by their individual prayer and the prayer of their church. We want to help churches and pastors to think through some of these issues of how to lead others in prayer, in the light of the gospel and the mission of the church.
Main Session Topics include:
• Connecting the gospel to prayer, and prayer to mission
• When leaders and people pray together
• Considering the benefits of neighbourhood research
• Priorities of the Lord's Prayer

£30 for two day conference
£15 for one day

Prayer training books that supplement the conference will also be available at the LCM book shop for £20.

2 Day Conference Schedule...
Day 1 & 2
9.00-9.30 - Registration and Coffee
9.30-11.00 - Session 1
11.00-11.30 - Coffee Break
11.30-1.00 - Session 2
1.00-2.30 - Lunch off premises at a local pub/restaurant
2.15-3.15 - Session 3
3.15-3.45 - Coffee Break
3.45-5.00 - Session 4
6:00-8:00 - On Monday the 22nd an informal evening meal followed by a concert of prayer following the pattern of the apostle Paul's prayers will be held at London City Mission HQ. Please indicate on your conference registration whether you'd like to attend. |
