Changing London 2010 - Summer

Changing London Cover Summer 2

Different London, same mission

This special souvenir edition of Changing London replaces our usual Summer issue and illustrates the role and purpose of the London City Mission through the years. The reason for this is that on 16 May the Mission will have been working amongst the poor, the dispossessed and the lost of London for 175 years.

We feel that it is appropriate to pause briefly in our labours to celebrate past successes and to pray that the Mission will continue to change London for the better in the future. Through all its years, the Mission has sought to proclaim the Lord Jesus Christ and his great salvation. Anything that has been achieved is entirely due to his mercy and goodness, and the work of his Spirit among us.
