The Board of Trustees governs London City Mission and establishes the overall strategy and policy.
They advise and support Chief Executive Graham Miller in implementing the vision, determine matters of principle, and deal with budgeting and other financial matters.

Richard Montgomery joined the board in 2018 and worked for more than thirty years in senior positions in the oil industry. He is the former Managing Director of the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity, is a trustee of CPAS and also chairs a UK grant making charity that supports the poor and vulnerable. His wife works for their church, St Stephen’s, in Twickenham where they live and worship, and they have three adult sons who are sometimes around. Richard is a keen cyclist and some would say also spends too much time watching it on television.
