The Pioneer Conference

Join us for a day dedicated to releasing the potential of men and women often overlooked, to be Pioneers for God’s Kingdom.

There are Christians in many churches who feel they don’t fit the mould for ministry.

They may lack confidence. They may think their background or lack of formal education is a barrier. They may think that ‘ministry’ is for other people. And so, they stay at the back of your church.

Perhaps someone in your church comes to mind.

But God has generously given each one of us gifts to serve his church, and to build his Kingdom.

Often it’s amongst men and women overlooked, that there lies unique, untapped potential to serve… and to lead.

And often, the things they thought disqualified them from ministry are what can make them uniquely effective in sharing the truth and love of Jesus...

But how can these gifts be nurtured so that the untapped potential of these men and women is released?

That’s the question we’ll be exploring at LCM’s Pioneer Conference.

Come and join us on Saturday 16 November, for a day dedicated to releasing the God-given potential of people in your church.

If you’re involved in leading any aspect of your church’s ministry, this is a great chance to explore how you can identify and build up future leaders within your congregation.

What to expect from the day:

  • Incredible stories of men and women who have been on the Pioneer Programme over the past 10 years
  • Workshop to explore how you can release the potential of Christians from different backgrounds in your church.
  • Keynote speech from Tony Uddin, pastor at Tower Hamlets Community Church.

We’ll also be celebrating 10 years of LCM’s Pioneer Programme and the impact it’s had - and welcoming its newest graduates.

We pray you will come away excited about the God-given potential in your church, and ready to take the next step in seeing it released!
