Bradley grew up in a Christian home, but traumatic experiences led him to question belief in God. When he was 16, he walked away from the church and from God.
However, people from his church, including his mentor, continued to reach out to him. When Bradley hit rock bottom, he called his mentor, who encouraged him back to church. And soon after, Bradley gave his life to Jesus.
Since then, Bradley’s had a passion for sharing the gospel with young people who don’t know Jesus, but especially for those young people who don’t have Christian friends to support them.
“I want every young person to have a local church to point them to Jesus, just like they did for me.”
Bradley is part of the London Schools Team. Together they train and equip churches to effectively share the gospel with young people and journey alongside them in their faith. The Schools Team’s heart is to ensure there’s a Christian witness in every London school, and that every school is connected to its local church.
“My prayer is to see the gospel shared in every school across London. I’m passionate about seeing churches reach young people right where they are, building strong relationships that disciple them as they grow in their journey with Jesus.”
In London today, we estimate just one in twenty children go to church, and around half don’t even have a Christian friend to invite them to church activities. There has been a significant increase in young people with mental health issues, with many not knowing the hope that can be found in Jesus.
“I have a vision to see London be transformed, to see young people have a burning hunger to know more about Jesus and to be discipled by the Church.”
Bradley lives in Romford with his wife Lucy. He attends Regeneration Church in Upminster and is a massive football fan, and a big supporter of Arsenal.
